How to Check Active and Dead Links

This is for Mozilla Users. Mozilla is a very powerful and popular browser .

Step 1 :Now grab this addon

http://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748

Just click on the 'Add to Firefox' button and then restart Firefox.

Step 2 : Go to the below site and click on the ' Install' button in the top right corner.

Now come to Rapidfind.org or any other site you come across and go to a post and look at the links.You will find that r/s links and some others, will have green ticks at the side of them which mean they are active links. A red x means they are dead links.

This comes into handy when you are to download huge file list in which some link in middle is broken and all your downloads get wasted. You can perhaps prevent such events.
